No Shows and Cancellations
We request 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment. We also recognize emergencies arise, and we cannot plan for inclement weather, illness, or other emergencies outside our control. We make the utmost effort to be here for your appointment, and we offer to upgrade your service when we must reschedule.
We need at least 24 hours to try to fill the gaps in our schedules, and when we cannot, it impacts our abilities to meet the financial obligations placed on us.
As of October 1 no-shows will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled session with payment required to schedule.
Day of Cancellations or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be responsible for half the service fee.
